Returns & Credits
 

If you wish to return an item or a full order because it is no longer required, please call us to make arrangements within 48 hours of delivery. After this time, we may still be able to accept the return however we cannot guarantee a full credit. This does not apply to orders returned as a result of damage, incorrect goods or similar.

There are suppliers we use that apply charges for unwanted returns, so there may be a percentage of 10% - 20% for standard items and up to 35% for furniture, deducted from your credit. These charges may also apply to undelivered items that have been cancelled after we have processed the order. 

If you wish to return your unwanted order for a credit, please post to the below address with a brief description and your details. If Talking Business drivers deliver to you and you wish to arrange a free collection, please call us on 01753 670 088.

• We aim to process returns and credits as quickly as possible however it may take up to 14 days.
